Shipping Information 

 Please note we will not ship to PO Boxes whether for domestic or international orders. Orders placed after 10:00am Eastern Standard Time typically ship out the following business day.  Orders placed after 10:00am EST on Friday and Saturday and Sunday will typically ship out the following Monday.

Pink Jewels prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. All orders are inspected several times prior to shipment to guarantee that the order meets our high quality control standards. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. We reserve the right to rectify the error within a reasonable time frame. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note, we do not offer refunds.  All sale items, are final sale  and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange. Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days. A shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for exchanges. 

Exchanges must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Pink Jewels will not accept any item returned to be exchanged with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
